What is your return policy for performance parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or electrical components are generally non-returnable due to safety and quality standards.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard items ship within 2-5 business days. Oversized items, such as body kits or exhaust systems, may require freight shipping and typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Car Upgrades also provides a 90-day guarantee against any defects in craftsmanship.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We are a retail store and do not perform installations. However, we have a network of certified partner shops nationwide that we can recommend for your specific upgrades.
