At Car Upgrades, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Securely tape the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our technicians inspect the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement upgrade within 3-5 business days.
